Excellent burgers and perfect fries, super tasty, nice interior design, only downpoint is that there could be more seats.

The food is very good but unfortunately the waiting time is quite long. Don't be in a hurry. Home OK but nothing more. I would go back for the food but not for the customer management. Ver carta

I ordered three burgers at 6 p.m. two hours later they are still not there. I call and they tell me it will arrive in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later still nothing. I cracked two eggs into a frying pan and made myself an omelette.

We decided to go with burger and fries and foudn to our surprise that the bap was made of fresh nicely toasted bread, the meat itself was well cooked with good accompaniments and the fries were crisp not oily with skins-on .Compared to other restaurants prices were very reasonable

Simply amazing! These are very high quality burgers (one could say upmarket/high end level), bursting with flavour and very, very nicely cooked. The sauces and the fries were also amazing, complementing the burgers! Big portions, so we struggled to finish the dishes. Should we have stayed for longer in Aigle, we would've returned to try other burgers, as they have a very nice selection. Overall, amazing food with burgers (artisan level) at very good prices as well. Ver carta

The sketch! We order 3 burgers at 6 p.m., waiting time 70 minutes. Okay, we're in no hurry... at 7:30 p.m., on the phone we're told that the delivery guy is leaving in 10 minutes. Okay... 8 p.m., after 2 hours of waiting for 3 burgers, we call to cancel our order and are very poorly received on the phone, we are told that the delivery man will be there in 5 minutes.... 25 minutes later, 2h30 later having placed an order, the poor delivery man who was not even informed of the cancellation by his colleague ! shows up at our door. Thanks to him for his business sense and his apologies, but we had already started preparing another supper. We will never recommend them again!

Apres 2h d attente pour me faire livré ma commande, alors qu' initialemment le temps de livraison était de 55 min, je demmande au livreur si ma commande etait chaude est il me repond que oui que les commandes avait prix du retard et que la mienne avais été préparer il y a pas longtemps que c etait chaud hors elle etait froid tres froid. Je peux comprendre le retard même si c etait long tres long mais dire que c etait chaud alors qu il savait pertinament que c etait froid je trouve ça malhonnête de la part du livreur qui en plus n avait même pas l aire desolé du retard comme si c'etait normale. J ai payé 45 frs pour tout jeter a la poubelle. Je ne recommandrai pas ce service une honte...

This small restaurant offers a range of burgers and bagels. The burgers were presented on a trendy slate plate with skin-on fries and miniature dishes of tortilla chips, salsa and olives. The burgers tasted good as well as being fashionably presented. Soft drinks and coffee are available. You can watch the food preparation as it is in an open area; generally a sign of confidence in the hygiene standards. The restaurant was busy, with people eating in and frequent callers to collect takeaways. The prices were very reasonable for Switzerland, only slightly more expensive than the well-known burger chains but much nicer.
