We had a great evening there. All the dishes are perfectly mastered by the chef and can be adapted if you have allergies. The pork is a must-try!Great welcome from the staff and the chef who took time to give us advice and share their experiences.

Pleasantly surprised by friendly service and good freshly cooked food. Nice Vegetarian food can be hard to find in France and although the choice was limited the dishes were thoughtful and tasty. The other food was also very good especially the deserts! Ver carta

I had the set lunch of three courses for €30. Whilst I appreciate that many restaurants in Paris offer set lunches for much cheaper, nonetheless the food was lovely. I particularly liked the perfectly cooked pork belly. It was fantastic, well seasoned with a lovely crispy crackling topping. The service was friendly and professional and a restaurant that I would have no problem recommending.

Excellente cuisine sur la base d'une carte variée. Les vins proposés sont également le fruit d'un choix rafiné à des prix raisonnables. Le seul bémol de notre soirée a été la table, située dans l'entrée avec un courant d'air refroidissant mets et convives. Le personnel est très attentif, discret et agréable. Nous avons passé une bonne soirée dans ce lieu que nous recommandons, mais attention à l'emplacement !

Reasonable food but far too expensive for what it's worth. Very friendly chef/owner but arrogant service from his staff. Waiter refused to serve us bread saying they were short of it, then said the chef wanted us to enjoy his food and we shouldn't stuff ourselves with bread! My main course, queue de lotte, was rather bland.Total bill 54 euros per person with one bottle of wine for four and no dessert. We left feeling short-changed. Ver carta

We went to Bissac at the recommendation of the hotel and had a wonderful evening. the food was incredible and the service superb. such a neighborhood gem!! Can't wait to return. really a lovely time. it was also a bit upsetting seeing the couple next to us complain loudly to the waiter saying that the service was not up to par when they seemed to really enjoy their food. i think there was a bit of stress that probably had nothing at all to do with the restaurant.Brian

Had the veal as a main and the banana crepes for dessert. Both dishes were amazing!The veal in particular had some amazing smokey flavours and the plate smelled fantastic (i couldn't tell what spice they used but asbolutely loved it nonetheless). It was also cooked to perfection.It was pricey (€26 for lunch) but very well worth every single euro. The restaurant itself is not big, but very cozy and elegant. The staff is incredibly friendly as well. I highly recommend you visit this place!

Having completed an immersion course, I am extremely grateful for the welcome of the chef and his team for their human quality and their kindness. They work with fresh products and are involved in customer satisfaction. Thank you very much to Beck (a man with a big heart), Enzo (for his teaching), Timotey (for these cocktail recipes), kadher (for his lesson on how to use the coffee machine and his attire) and chef Damien (for cutting the onions), thank you to everyone else!!!! You are a wonderful team and I have wonderful memories of an intense week full of lessons both in the kitchen and on a human level. I will never forget you!!!!!!!
