Warning- not for vegetarians For anyone else looking for quite possibly the best chops - lamb, pork, beef stop looking.

Delicious food and drink at very fair price point. We were down from Oxford and Ida made the experience special! 100% going to be back for the roast

One of the more surprising best meals I've had in a while. Great prices and the flavour of each of their dishes is sublime. Loved it! Service was mixed but when you're paying £20 for a 55 old ribeye so be it!

My husband and I had a nice meal here for his birthday, had the 'all in ' which was massive and tasted good. Only down side of the experience was the waiter at the end who turned his nose up at a £5 tip on top of service charge. Told me to take my change back and sarcastically commented on how very 'generous ' I was. Rather distasteful and wish I hadn 't bothered. Ver carta

While visiting London, I decided to try a Sunday roast and after some research, I settled on Blacklock. The meal was affordable and came with roast, vegetables, potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, and delicious gravy. The service was excellent and I loved the cozy atmosphere of the underground Soho location, which felt like dining in a traditional tavern. If you're in search of a delicious Sunday roast, I highly recommend Blacklock!

Ok so food was good. But it arrived less than room temperature. It was like it had been left sitting on a rack for a very long time. I had to order cauliflower cheese to warm it up which came out boiling. Inconsistencies in food temperature. Will never go back. No beef roast food in the world no matter what the taste is best served cold. If you are going, I would ask the food arrives pipping hot and you might get it lukewarm. Best of luck!

We went to this restaurant after looking for a place near Piccadilly Theatre for a birthday celebration before seeing Moulin Rouge. We had read positive reviews here and on Google, so we made a reservation for 5:30 before the 7:30 show. We were led down the steps to our table in the cozy, bustling space. A bottle of tap water was placed on our table along with the menus, and a staff member guided us through the menu, which was helpful. We decided to order the All In option, which was a great choice.
