Thanks to our “Alex” service. We have been accompanied to our table after a short wait and have eaten delicious. We were very pleased with the waiting time, food, service and ambience.

Terrible restaurant, sand in the salad, poor costumer service. The waiter was rude and the food was expensive considering bad quality and preparation. Would stay far away from here. Worst food experience in my life Ver carta

Honestly, I expected something more... this restaurant is only just an average place (unfortunately) with the average food and the average service... and at the same time quite expensive one. I am not sure, if this place worth enough for visiting... sure, you can have...a go and try it out... but in the city as Hamburg you can find much better restaurants.

Wir haben ein Mrs. Rumpsteak medium bestellt. Das Steak kam well done und absolut trocken. Die Kellnerin entschuldigte sich und brachte uns ein neues. Auch dieses war wieder well done. Der Griller hat sich beim zweiten Steak nicht einmal die Mühe gemacht das Steak anzuschneiden. So etwas haben wir bei anderen Filialen nie erlebt. Selbst die Servicekraft war fassungslos über die Küche.

The service was great and I had hoped especially in Hamburg that there was also excellent food. Unfortunately, this was not so, the meat (Filet Mignon) was tastefully not very good, the garlic bread had rubbed before garlic butter and was not as usual. The view was very nice and clearly highlighted is the excellent service of the staff at the table. Kind, courteous and extremely attentive. Ver carta
