Blu Ristorante Da Jean-Pierre

Food is delicious and I can't complain. However, staff performance is not attributable to the quality of the food. We had to wait long to order additional drinks etc. A rather disappointing experience.

Ach waren die Ravioli wieder ein Gedicht!!! Risotto einmalig! Kalbsmedaillon butterzart! Bei diesem Essen schmilzt man einfach weg! Himmlisch! Und die Bedienung, sehr freundlich! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Da Jean-Pierre è tutto squisito, ogni volta che vado mangio divinamente! Piatti curati e dai gusti raffinati! Lo consiglio per ogni occasione, dalle cene intime, in compagnia e per eventi. Cosa apettate ad andarci?!?! Ver carta

Wir hatten eine Suppe (Kürbissuppe mit Wodka, passt weder zur Jahreszeit noch war die Kombination gut), Danach Stroganoff mit Reis (sehr gut) und einen Kaffee, zusammen mit Minerlawasser und einem Glas Wein: CHF 54.00!Absoluter Abriss!

Come già scritto sulla recensione dell'albergo stesso; vengo a confermare anche qui, sulla pagina ufficiale del Ristorante Da Jean-Pierre; che la qualità del cibo non che il cibo stesso era, sensazionale.Complimenti a Jean-Pierre e a tutto il suo staff.

L'anno scorso la pioggia ci aveva costretti a pranzare all'interno, questa volta tutti fuori in terrazza viste le temperature estive! E' piacevole sedersi ad un tavolo rotondo in 4 persone, la vista sul giardino e la piscina è rilassante... Comandiamo 4 piatti differenti, dal filetto di manzo al pepe della Vallemaggia, alle scaloppine di vitello alle spugnole, i bocconcini di manzo alla Stroganoff e i gamberoni al curry, serviti su piatti ben caldi e contorni serviti a parte. Complimenti a Jean Pierre e brigata per la qualità, siamo più che soddisfatti e ci concediamo un dolce altrettanto delizioso! Salat, Vorspeise, Hauptgang, Dessert waren excellent. Auch der angebotene begleitende Wein (Barbera) und der Ticino Merlot waren gut. Schön dekorierte und großzügige Tische (auch für 2) sind dort vorhanden. Neben dem Speiseraum gibt es für Raucher eine Indoor-Raucherlounge, die aber nicht stört. Die Preise für Schweizer Verhältnisse recht moderat. Die Terrine war geschmackvoll und schön angerichtet. Die Tagliata die Manzo war auf den Punkt gegart und mit Beilagen serviert. Die Dessertauswahl (pannacotta / sorbets) waren auch raffiniert arrangiert. Leider wurde der Gesamtgenuss durch den Restaurantleiter jäh unterbrochen sein Auftreten und Verhalten passte leider überhaupt nicht zu dem hohen...

Frequento il ristorante Da Jean Pierre ogni volta che ne ho la possibilità e sono sempre molto soddisfatto.Il cibo è ottimo, la carta è ben assortita e nonostante i vari cambiamenti stagionali si trovano sempre i cavalli di battaglia di Jean Pierre come lo stroganoff, il fois gras o l'agnello che personalmente trovo strepitosi. La carta dei vini è molto ben assortita e si trovano ottimi vini di tutte le fasce di prezzo.Il personale è sempre molto gentile, disponibile e pronto ad esaudire i desideri del cliente.Non è sempre facile sentirsi a proprio agio in ambienti così curati ed eleganti, ma grazie allo staff e all'ottima cucina, da Jean Pierre ci si sente sempre a casa!Consiglio questo ris...

We liked it here. When you enter the restaurant, it feels more like the lobby of the Delta Resort, so we weren't sure whether this would be a good choice. It was. The service was excellent: a young man fluent in italian, german, english, farsi,...and maybe some other languages did a great job making us feel comfortable and welcome. The food was delicious, too! We had starters, fish and pasta and were happy with everything we got. So, why not 5 points? At both tables near us sat a couple with a dog. To our left, the dog was in its bag on a seat, which is totally fine with us. But it was constantly and openly being hand-fed from the owners plate. On the other table, the couple put their empty...
