Had a really lovely lunch at this very atmospheric pub..... we had a great table next to the inglenook fireplace. Everyone was pleased with their meals including the vegetarians) ... There was 5 of us dining 2 small dogs. Ver carta

We were a party of 10 guests for Sunday lunch in December the restaurant was extremely busy, yet we had attentive service and each of us had an excellent meal with enormous portions of extra vegetables. Our table was in an alcove which felt very safe in terms of Covid.
