the boathouse is a very friendly caffe at sea i n felpham. eating, drinks and service are great!

Lovely coffee and cake. Staff work very hard to keep outside areas clean and tidy. Not rushed at all. Ver carta

the personal was very friendly, very nice fish chips. often used by locals, which tells me everything.

Enjoyed a light lunch whilst taking in the veiw of the sea. Great place for refreshments after a long walk along the beach. Nice and clean with friendly staff .

Well , i have tried almost all the local coffee places around the area . And this is BY FAR the friendliest place , and the cheapest BEST coffee i have found . and the coffee is ALWAYS hot Ver carta

This café on Felpham Beach is stunning. It is family-friendly and serves ice, coffee, cake, and lunch. On the day we visited, the sun was shining and the lovely young man in black working there even brought out a tub of fresh water for the dogs.

I recently had lunch at this restaurant and ordered the chicken and speck panini, while my friend had the tuna jacket potato. The food was decent in quality compared to the price, but it seems like you're mostly paying for the prime location. I would suggest this place for a quick and convenient meal.

The staff is friendly, the location is great, but the interior is outdated. The toilet is clean and the young waiters are very helpful. The menu is good, but the fish and chips were average for the price. The chips are frozen, the fish is tasteless, and the batter is double crispy, almost like it was refried. Others have mentioned that the outdoor tables need to be cleaned. I'm not sure if I would return. Ver carta
