"We ordered chef's freehand course, 4 dishes 1 dessert. It was all too good! It was fish based course from appetizer to second, which perfectly matched to the warm weather on the day. They also served us the recommended wines by the glass for each and every dish, which also perfectly matched!! Very warm staff and great foods by the chef. Interior was cool, mid-century taste. Highly recommend!"

"Oggi mi sono fermato a mangiare per la prima volta in questo ristorante, nonostante i vestiti da pochi mesi a pochi metri. Ho spesso fatto colazione e già c'è la qualità è eccellente e prezzi molto bassi rispetto ai locali del centro. a pranzo così ho deciso di fare un salto, la scelta era su polenta fritta e un filetto di manzo, accompagnato da una birra eccellente e deliziosa. il vostro troppo buono, vestito presentato bene. Se siete alla ricerca di un ristorante tutta l'immagine e poca sostanza non entrano nemmeno, se si desidera mangiare veramente bene e molto senza spendere il mondo, qui è il posto perfetto. alessandro, il proprietario è una persona meravigliosa che ha creato un angolo di paradiso, la passione e il desiderio che ci mette è spettacolare. si vede dalla piccola attenzione sui mobili, la scelta dei piatti e il servizio. Credimi se stai anche solo passando, fermati, era anche un aperitivo veloce, ti sentirai bene e ti sentirai a casa, nella casa del goto."

"En el centro de Parma, que no puede ser más céntrico, pero escondido en un callejón tranquilo, se encuentra el Gallo de Oro , un restaurante especializado en la cocina tradicional de la zona, conocida, popular y querido no sólo por los turistas, pero por encima de todo Parma que dice mucho sobre la calidad de este lugar, porque el culto que tienen sobre su propia cocina y comidas . Dentro de los jamones que cuelgan de las paredes y dos máquinas de cortar viejos decorar un ambiente informal pero íntima ¿qué es lo que se espera de una posada tradicional de edad , mientras que fuera, un po stretti, se puede comer cuando hace buen tiempo, al abrigo de sol bajo la glorieta. La protagonista es la gastronomía parmesana: excelente temprana, en particular el Tortelli tortelis con tris a degustar todas las variaciones estacionales: invierno calabaza, espárragos primavera, pimiento y queso en el verano, y luego all erbetta jamón y queso, patatas ... , delicioso y obligatoria si usted nunca ha probado la torta frita rectángulos de masa blanda fritos con fiambres. "Overrated, no service at all. We came after a long drive from Puglia and stayed at the hotel for an overnight stay and didn’t want to drive anymore. So we made a reservation at this venue at a location that’s in the middle of nowhere. I told the “Capo” that I’m allergic to all from pork and after 3 weeks seafood I would like something different. He recommends the Gnochetti with rabbit. Because my husband had risotto and that needs minimal 20 minutes he suggested a primi, we weren’t that hungry so we took a little primi to share. Than the main came. And my husband looked at my dish and said that’s pork on top! So I asked, yes that’s pork. I explained that I especially mention that I’m really allergic and he suggested this dish, he takes my dish away, comes back that I can choose a other dish, while the risotto is getting cold or my husband had eat first… So no thank you. And than nothing. No apologies or a extra portion of bread! The bill for not eating and only 2 glasses of wine, which one was Lambrusco €16 per bottle! €68 They didn’t have the curtesy of not charging coperto tablemoney or even a bottle of water! Will tell y friends about this and several live in Parma! Never had this experience in the world!"

"We had a really good lunch today at Il Trovatore. The food was excellent as well as the service. They are located very close to the centro and a short walk to the cathedral and the national gallery. We look forward to going back the next time we are in Parma."
