one of the best meals I've ever had. we had the 6 curs degustation with paired weeps. the service was exceptional. happy as it was so summer and we sat at the window on a balmy night. every cent or euro worth.

chef chef paul stradner celebrates a contemporary kitchen on the basic classic French techniques, which tastes intensely and does not overwhelm a gas. the feudale frame of the old revered grandhotel is the suitable stage for this stage.

service was amateurish and somewhat confused, not what they would expect from a restaurant with 2 michelin stars. instead of waiting long between the curses. the calf for two was excellent, while other dishes were pedestrians. also big wine list.

absolute world class! this restaurant offers a wonderful, quiet ambiente and an exquisite and creative cuisine that looks like it in every sight. very impressive is also the natural friendliness of the very competent employees. we were particularly pleased about the personal visit of the chef at our table. chapeau!
