After eating with the children yesterday. I found the young lady telling my children to sit back down very rude. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said they are busy and walked off. I was warmly welcomed at this restaurant. The room was clean and the breakfast was delightful. My dinner was enjoyable and I had no trouble with parking. Although this was a business trip, I will consider using this hotel for future airport visits. The food and drinks were excellent, with great service in the pub for both dinner and breakfast. The staff during breakfast were very hospitable, offering us plenty of hot coffee and toast with high-quality pork products to choose from. Despite the dark and snowy conditions when we arrived at 7am, the pub was cozy and warm, with a variety of juices and yogurts available. Excellent location for the airport taxi was not too expensive. Able to leave my car while on festive break. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Rooms: Room fine for our requirements, shower could of been warmer. Nearby activities: N/A to our stay Safety: Left my car here and felt secure while away on my break. Camera’s monitored car park and the rest of the hotel seemed safe as well. Walkability: Near to the town if you needed to go there if staying longer. Shops and other restaurants within walking distance. Food drinks: Evening meal good quality and ambiance excellent.
