the food was excellent and the service excellent. in a very short time a CD player with loudspeakers was arranged on the terrace near our table, so we could play the national anthem of costa rica that we had brought along.

that is spectacular. it looks like a fake disney background....but it's real. it is early and we had all the economical (sparagus) with Hollandaise sauce and kartoffeln. I had mine with laughs. the prices are high, but everything else is perfect. we had none. but they had beautiful cakes on the display. Ver carta

The most stunning location that I have ever stayed at. Built in the grounds of Burg Windeck castle this is a hotel that you must stay at if visiting the area.Dinner and drinks watching the sunset was just fabulous. The mushroom ravioli was fantastic.Bed was very comfortable for us. Room very clean.Highly recommended. Would stay again.

to celebrate a birthday, we went to Sunday brunch and loved it simply. the choice was very good, including all types of brot, croissants, müsli, various homemade jams, rührei, speck, various smoked fish with meerrettich, salates, calves, glazed kebabs, muscheln, shrimps,...pumpkin suppe, 3 hot dishes including, cerereal, bark, fish. these gloomy were simply breathtaking, not to miss! as drinks you can choose between coffee and tea and 2 different juices, all included in the price. as much as we enjoyed the excellent eating, we enjoyed the great view and very peaceful atmosphere as well as the very attentive service.

To celebrate a friends birthday we went for the Sunday brunch and simply loved it. The choice was very good including all kinds of bread, croissants, cereales, various homemade jams, scrambled eggs, bacon, different smoked fish with horseraddish, salads, veal carpaccio, glazed kebabs, mussels, shrimps,...pumpkin soup, hot dishes including, deer, beef , fish, various sides including homemade spätzle, various vegetables and last but certainly not least a heavenly desert buffet. These deserts were simply breathtaking, not to be missed! As drinks one could choose between coffees and teas and different juices all included in the price.
