Went there after a couple of years, tasteless, overcooked , small quantities was our experience of different orders on the menu. Waste of money

Taking a break in the department store to grab a bite to eat is not worth it. The famous sandwich may not live up to your expectations and is not worth stopping for.

Service was good but the food was awful, 3 out of 4 of us had the lobster Berger combo. Never seen a smaller lobster. It was overcooked dry and tasteless. The meal was way overpriced and the quality was terrible. Ver carta

I was highly impressed with the lobster roll - it was delicious and packed with lobster. I was very satisfied with my meal. If you are in search of a delicious and satisfying lobster roll, this is the perfect place for you. The price is great and very reasonable. Excellent job!

nice interior, fast booking, seating and serving. to the point. it was possible to give us a little attention during the meal. both burgers and lobster: very good, espacially the burger. the seating was bad though. extremely noisy, most of it produced by the staff. and why so chilly? A bit on the expensive side, but the food was very close to a 5-rating.

I have never been so insulted by the service at a restaurant before. My son and I had made a reservation and arrived on time, only to be told upon arrival that we were not welcome without any explanation. When we asked for a reason, the staff laughed in our faces. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will be choosing other dining options in the future. This location really needs to address the behavior of their staff and teach them some manners. Would have given five, but having three children, their menu was VERY limited. Food was great. Experience was great, given its a department store. Service at the start was brilliant. Our first table was not to our liking, but the host was more than accommodating to find us another, which included a move. Our waiter was fine, but we did seem to get overlooked for perhaps others who were perceived to have deeper pockets. We didn’t hold back, but their loss. Would certainly recommend.

Food very good. Lobster roll was terrific. Raw oysters too! A very nice lunch. Large portions. Good cocktails. A little pricy but worth it! A reservation is helpful. Got there early when they opened. You have to stand in line and in front of host or she will seat whoever is there first, regardless of reservation time. We had checked in a few minutes early and she seemed to forget us and proceed to seat everyone else in line first. Our only negative part. Our waiter was top notch and food like I said was great!

Loved it! I am a big fan of lobster, we were a party of 5 having a late lunch. 3 of us ordered a lobster roll, and its to die for, plump delicious lobster meat in the roll, came with a buttery sauce that was great and instead of fries we ordered greens, which came in a very small cup so definitely not a place to order a salad haha. One of us had a whole lobster and loved it. Truffle fries for the table was definitely worth it. Service was excellent. Prices were up there but not obscene. I would visit again if I happened to be near one of their locations in London. Ver carta
