the burger and the bungalow was stone cold, which meant that the cheese didn't melt, it was solid, I complained and they changed it fair, but unfortunately the second was the same, how is it possible that it was properly cooked?

After a long walk around nearby Footdee just fancied a quick lazy bite to eat. Opted to try the new Steakhouse burger meal after an extremely helpful woman assistant explained all the possible options. It was perfectly fine , tasty enhanced with the...cheese

The burger was cold and lacked flavor, and it wasn't prepared according to my order. I will not be returning to this restaurant. It was one of the worst dining experiences I've had, comparable to the quality of food in jail. I highly recommend avoiding this place. Ver carta

The burgers took about 10 minutes to be ready. When they finally arrived, they were overcooked and dry. The chips were lukewarm, the buns were hard, and the chili cheese bits were heavy. The drinks were warm and lacked ice. All of this cost us £30. Not worth it at all.

Don’t know the Burger King menu well but the boy on the till was more than happy to help me to make sure I got what I wanted! After realising I’d made a mistake with my order (asked for it plain but I meant to...request only cheese), the staff were happy to accommodate my mistake and brought the burger to my table quickly and without fuss. A lovely experience thanks to the staff. Enjoyed our meal too. We’ll be back!
