tragedy! I don't recommend it to anyone! the food arrived 1 30 hours later than it should, cold, impossible to eat anything. when I wanted to cancel the order after 1 hour of delay, the driver claimed that he was already on his way, and for the next 20 minutes he stood there... The best burger I've ever had, but it always takes a long time to arrive. The staff at the door are never able to give you a clear idea of when your order will be ready; they just say "soon." My orders have consistently been 20-30 minutes late. While I'm okay with waiting, they shouldn't let you choose a collection time they can't actually meet (within reason).
