Excellent service. Superbly refurbished room. Dinners superb and beautifully cooked. Staff very attentive and very efficient

the hotel is located in a beautiful environment with views of busta voe. the staff was friendly and hard working, nothing was too upset. eating was amazing. I would recommend a stay in this hotel, they will not be disappointed.

The evening meal was just lovely, a perfect way to end our holiday. We really enjoyed the vegan and vegetarian menus, although we did notice that some items from the full menu were missing from the vegetarian menu. The desserts were huge and delicious! Ver carta

This restaurant is located in a beautiful historic building with a fantastic view. The atmosphere is cozy and unique, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They offer a wide variety of whiskies and other drinks. Don't miss the lounge or the long room, as they are both wonderful spots to relax. The decor is also intriguing, with several interesting paintings on display. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

The oldest continuously inhabited house in Shetland provides the setting for a fascinating hotel full of charm, character and history in every nook and cranny. With a wonderful aspect overlooking a tranquil bay, it is an ideal base to explore this stunning part of the world. I recently had dinner at this restaurant and I must say that the hospitality and service were extremely disappointing. Everything felt rushed, there was no warm reception, and the staff seemed inexperienced and unskilled. They were constantly running back and forth, even though the dining rooms were not busy. The starters were poorly presented, with meager portions and a lack of variety. Overall, the lack of friendly staff, atmosphere, and overall environment made for a less than relaxing evening meal.

We are local and wanted an overnight getaway. Busta never disappoints! Great walks around the area and gardens to enjoy before heading into the long room for a drink or two before dinner. All the rooms have been tastefully redecorated to a nice standard. Dinner is a relaxing affair, with great wait staff! The menu doesn’t change much, but that’s not a bad thing, as their dinners are great and never disappoint! Best steak you will get in Shetland by far! The wine list is decent from around the world at great prices. If you know your wine, you don’t need to spend a fortune for a nice bottle if on a budget! My daughter held her wedding here on Friday and we had high expectations of a magical day but the experience far exceeded our expectations! The venue is beautiful, the organisational skills of Grant, Joel and their staff are second to none and every single member of staff did everything in their power to make us all welcome and to make every guest feel special! Despite running late there was never any feeling of being rushed, everything was very relaxed.
