"I'm just stating the facts. We stop for lunch, the room is semi-deserted, there are tables set, but empty. They make us sit at an unprepared (and apparently not very clean table and set us up with paper placemats. I go to the bathroom and there is no toilet paper, hand wipes and soap. We order a margherita pizza (acceptable and 3 pici (2 cacio e pepe, and 1 ragù , 1 bottle of carbonated water and 1 can of fanta. They bring us a cheese bowl (which doesn't close properly , with curly and totally tasteless grated cheese inside. The pici are hard and lukewarm, the seasoning passable. We order 2 slices of cake, visibly not fresh. One in particular also tastes stale and, cutting it with a fork, we notice a hint of mold. We point this out to the manager who, mortified, explains to us that there was a power cut to the refrigerators during the night. I bill €35 in total (I don't think the desserts were counted for the reason above . It's a shame, because the manager seemed like a good guy."
