I got the poké bowl for lunch. The ingredients on top were all fresh salmon, carrots, cucumber, edamame, red cabbage, avocado, mango. But the lettuce underneath was wilted and brown. The rest of the bowl was fine but I had to pull out all the lettuce leaves pictured.
