Excellent customer service, very friendly and accommodating. A group of us tried a selection of cakes and they were all delicious. Will definitely be visiting again.

On a Friday morning, our team was very hungry. I called Cafe Eleganza and they made sausage, bacon, and egg sandwiches for us, which were delivered in just 30 minutes. Be careful of Janice, as she may try to tempt you with their amazing cupcakes and muffins. The service was excellent.

After reading the reviews, I was excited to try this restaurant. However, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. We paid £8 for 2 cups of green tea, a stale lemon cupcake (which they called a muffin), and an inedible caramel slice biscuit. I have no idea how this place received good ratings, and we definitely won't be returning. Ver carta

Five hungry men, gearing up for a day of exploring ale trails, sought out a hearty English breakfast to fuel their journey. Their mission was successfully completed thanks to the warm and friendly service from the owners. After a satisfying meal, they left feeling content and ready for their next adventure. They vowed to return before their next trip.

Unreal cupcakes. Friendly staff that went above and beyond to help me out. I bought chocolate cupcakes. The staff offered to fill them with fresh cream and strawberries and top with chocolate ganache. As I was at work so pushed for time, they even hand delivered them for me. I can't sing their praises enough. Delicious cakes. Kind, helpful, thoughtful and friendly staff. Thank you so much.

Called in the other morning after a busy night at work and had a cracking English breakfast with a proper cup of tea in a proper sized mug/cup. Very friendly and attentive staff. Had a look at the home made cakes and decided on a home made peach melba, only to find out they were all sold out by 0900hrs. Will get their earlier next time. £6:40 gets you a full English with bacon, sausage, eggs, mushrooms, toms beans with toast and tea. Well worth the price for the quality and service. My wife and daughter visit quite often, but this was my first time. Will definitely be back to get my cake..
