Great vegan muffin, super tasty. Disappointed that the coffee was rather average

Good service, nice staff. Coffee and burger were first class. Burgers are made in house to their own recipe and are truly amazing. One of the best I've ever had. Definitely recommend!

Had the most amazing breakfast ever!! Service was brilliant, all staff were really lovely and the food was phenomenal. The place was spotless and on every table a beautiful bunch of daffodils.

I've got it. had to wait for the purchase (which was acceptable) but then wait for almost 29 minutes to get ice because the staff at the theke was chatting eating and goofing around. Once we have the ice cream, it wasn't bad. Ver carta

Recently visited Remo’s for a coffee which we usually do about once a month when we in the area. Order coffees and Mince Pies. Mince pies £1.50 each my jaw nearly hit the table when I seen the size of it for the price tiny. Come on Remo’s that is daylight robbery at least offer a little cream with them. Shocking

Awful customer service. Front of house was really rude to everyone, even telling an embarrassed young boy he couldn’t afford a lolly or pay cash which when questioned by his mum turned out to be a lie. Waiting over 20 mins for a take away drink while watching bar staff laughing and taking their time. Staff member Lyndsey started shouting at me that it was busy and she couldn’t get bar staff to work. It wasn’t anywhere near as busy as I’ve seen it, staff were just rude and didn’t care. You sort of expect a bit better when the prices are so high

Great service and great food! For December they have lovely Christmas roast dinner with all the trimmings on the menu that is beautifully presented and tastes great. Loved the vegan mushroom and chestnut Wellington option.Or a delicious turkey baguette with stuffing and cranberry. Delicious. Remos is not cheap, but you absolutely get what you pay for: excellent quality, fresh and high quality ingredients, generous portions served in a cozy atmosphere, with every wish attended for by amazing staff!The Christmas ice-cream flavours are to die for: back forest gateau or panettone .
