Cafe Remo's - Carta

Way over priced. Better food and value for money elsewhere . The restaurant across the road is much better, I will be going back there to the Front.

Very busy as usual but lots of staff standing around, there is no service really! Which is a shame Coffee is great as is the view prices are premium

Had the most amazing breakfast ever!! Service was brilliant, all staff were really lovely and the food was phenomenal. The place was spotless and on every table a beautiful bunch of daffodils.

Popped in for lunch on a very windy Saturday, we had to wait for a table as they were all full. Was great to see it busy despite the beach being pretty deserted. Fab atmosphere, lovely staff. The three of us had the Chinese crispy beef wrap, which was so divine we will definitely be back to have them again. Bit pricey but can't fault the quality and service.

PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD MENU. Since covid there's just been a basic food menu which is such a shame. Me and my partner, family and friends used to always love coming to remos but have only been back once since as the foods we used to like have stopped being served for some reason, which is a real shame. We used to love the ham, egg chips and the gammon. Please consider bringing the old menu back so we can enjoy coming back again Ver carta

Way overpriced for basic food, two poached eggs on one piece of toast £6.50, cup tea £2.90. Also toast advised as famous hand cut, more like cut with an hatchet. English breakfast £10 , one egg, one sausage, one toast half a tomato, slice of bacon and a spoon of beans. Much better value elsewhere, the front much better quality and quantity. I do not support businesses that do not take cash normally my colleague insisted he wished to try Remo,s, never again was his parting gesture.

Awful customer service. Front of house was really rude to everyone, even telling an embarrassed young boy he couldn’t afford a lolly or pay cash which when questioned by his mum turned out to be a lie. Waiting over 20 mins for a take away drink while watching bar staff laughing and taking their time. Staff member Lyndsey started shouting at me that it was busy and she couldn’t get bar staff to work. It wasn’t anywhere near as busy as I’ve seen it, staff were just rude and didn’t care. You sort of expect a bit better when the prices are so high

We went to Remos to enjoy one of their ice cream sundaes, but were extremely disappointed with both the service and the sundae. The staff didn't seem as friendly as usual and rather blunt. Worst of all was the fact that they had no Turkish delight ice cream, no strawberry or toffee sauce, and we had no apology for our disappointment. We had also ordered two glasses of water which never arrived. We always make a point of visiting Remos when we come down for a visit, but this has made us wonder if us pensioners should come to Remos in the future. Sorry to put a review like this but we were both upset, especially paying nearly £15 for the experience. Ver carta
