I’ve got a dairy allergy and they were very helpful telling me what I could and couldn’t have. They also give you privacy.

Lovely food and a great choice on the menuI went with my work colleagues for our christmas meal last year and we all had a great night.

I am not in portsmouth very often ,but when there, i always have lunch at carluccios. the meal is light and delicious, the Aperol Spritz very generous, the service is quick and the restaurant is light and airy.

The day before new years eve here with some friends. The place was not busy so a good time to go for a evening meal. Good service, being attentive and timely. Good food enjoying a variety of dishes including starters mains and desserts. All happy...with it. Thank you Ver carta

We booked up a large party of people for the restaurant. I can’t thank all the staff, Nicki, Dennis and all the team that made the our evening so enjoyable. They had a real task of getting our food orders and drinks orders out,...but they managed this very professionally. I would recommend them to anyone heading to Gunwharf. Thank you again all!

Came in for lunch with my partner as last time we came to gunwharf just before Covid we had come in for a delicious lunch here so as this was our first time back in gunwharf since we thought we’d go in again. So glad we did, the food was delicious (mushroom risotto and seafood linguine) and Vanessa gave us lovely friendly and attentive service throughout. Will definitely come back!

We chose an afternoon booking and expected good service. How wrong we were. Several items we off the menu. We waited an hour and a half for our mains. The pasta dishes had almost no sauce and we had to ask for more for four...of the dishes. The bill was incorrect and when challenged the Manager was abrupt and intransigent when a suggestion was made to him as to how he might correct it. He stated that ‘if’ he did change the bill it would be ‘his’ decision, not ours, and would be a good will gesture on his behalf. Not good, not good at all. We expected more from this restaurant.
