"I love nero coffee but unfortunately I now won't be going back. Its never been the cleanest place, I avoid using the toilets as they are usually pretty disgusting and appear to not be checked on throughout the day. The entire cafe is very grubby and unsanitary, it has put me off of consuming food and drink from there. Sitting In is not a relaxing environment, I sat on a sofa today and I sat on the edge as there was dried food spilt on the side. The staff clearly haven't cleaned for a while and then I noticed the back of the sofa which was full of crumbs and rubbish behind the cushion. It's not a difficult task to clean! The staff are not very welcoming and were eating behind the serving counter. Sadly, the chain/management/staff appear to not be bothered about customer satisfaction. I'll be heading to costa/Starbucks from now on!"

Maybe you're not supposed to enjoy places like this, but we did. What sets it apart are the comfortable armchairs and laid-back ambiance. The coffee is also quite decent.

they have improved their vegan offer to a sandwich and some cheesecake that is very delicious. we wanted to go to an independent place in kings lynn, but it was difficult to find somewhere, so it had to do.

Called in on Friday lunchtime. Only one person on the counter so service was very slow. No tables were being cleared another customer, who I assume was a regular, started clearing them, but we were sitting near the counter and could see there was nowhere to actually put the used cups!

I had a great time here this afternoon. Super cozy environment and the barista I spoke to, Lucy, had great product knowledge, easily advising me of what would or wouldn't be suitable for me as I have a dairy allergy. So friendly and helpful, taking my million questions in stride. Asset to the company!
