"Went here today with my friend Kathryn for a birthday lunch. Could not fault them. I informed them at booking about my onion allergy and they were on top of it as soon as we arrived. Food was lovely, so was the wine. Service was wonderful. Our waitress was called Sylvia and she was so lovely, helpful and very friendly and efficient. I can understand now why she has been working there for quite a few years. She is a credit to Carluccios. Freddie, the asst manager, was also very nice and friendly and very helpful. I have been there lots of times and will continue to visit."

Great food, lovely service. Can't go wrong with their Lasagne Within a quirky part of London with a great street vibe.

Good food awful service. Wait staff rude and tried to rush you between courses. Food was very good but spoiled by ignorant waiting staff

Really relaxed. Partner had the lasagne.... he really enjoyed. I had the carbonara. Not super busy but its 6.30pm on a Sunday. Lovely service. Polite and attentive.

Think the restaurant had 20 covers all night and most customers seemed to be complaining. Poor service, terrible food, cold and burnt. Deducted £30 from the bill but not really the point!

Came across this by chance just outside Old Spitalfield Market. Very reasonable for London. £12.95 for 2 courses plus a little extra for dessert. Good sized portions and a nice wine to go with it. Very attentive service too.

I was on my way home this morning and misjudged the tube times so was early and decided to have some breakfast I have to say with the help of salvatore it was the most wonderful meal i loathe tomatoes with breakfast but baby plum and ciabatta bring it on it honestly was the best breakfast I've had in more than 40 years

Strolling around the Spitalfields area on a Friday night, this was the only place that was open and looked welcoming. I wasn't expecting much as our local branch doesn't have a great reputation but we were glad we took the chance. The restaurant is calm and quiet with a great menu and lovely staff. I had carbonara, my husband had lasagne and our son chose a vegan pasta option and we all enjoyed everything we ordered.

Had such a fabulous lunch mainly down to our lovely waiter jon; he could tell i was stressed out with the kids already even though they’ve only just broken up from school. He was attentive from the start and plied me with glasses of rose everytime he saw i was low; he wasn’t pushy he just managed to convince me that it actually was probably exactly what i needed!! Haha!! The children were looked after with genuine affection and i cant remember the last time we went for a meal in london and had this level of service. Jon we salute you and we’ll be back!!
