"with a group of friends (congress) we had dinner at the bertinoro cave. I am pleased to say that the welcome has been courteous and I believe that the first impact is essential. a couple of gentle managers assisted by a fully in tune collaborator have hosted us for a convivivivio that was very pleasant. the feast began with a tortine of spinach sprinkled with liquid cheese, delicate and pleasant. first and second completed the banquet. a pleasant evening in a spacious and well furnished room. in Romagna you eat well and at the cave very well. Congratulations"

"Spent an evening here with business partners. The place was chosen by our Italian colleagues who helped us pick our dishes as well: we shared antpasti for starters (ricotta cheese, assorted hams and breads), followed by tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and a delicious pastry for dessert, that they simply called peach . All of that accompanied by a lovely Sangiovese red wine. It was a feast! It 's my first time in this region of Italy and no matter what I ate during the past few days it was the most delicious Italian food I have ever had! This restaurant is warmly recommended for indulging in the moutwatering cuisine of the Emilia Romagna region. Great experience!"

"Situato in una location piccola ma ben ubicata, “la svineria” si è dimostrata una piacevole scoperta.I piatti proposti sono in gran parte delle rivisitazioni della cucina tradizionale.Di primo impatto, se presi singolarmente, potrebbero risultare anonimi.Tuttavia, essi rappresentano SEMPRE un perfetto contrasto e bilanciamento con il calice di vino proposto dal proprietario.Egli, oltre che ad essere molto simpatico, alla mano ma sempre educato e mai invadente, risulta estremamente competente e consapevole delle proposte offerte.Proprio per questo ritengo che il pezzo forte della Svineria siano gli abbinamenti proposti tra pietanze e beverage, e i vini diventano dunque il vero protagonista della cena.A ripensarci, io nome del locale in effetti me lo suggeriva. Due piccoli consigli per migliorare:1. Le piadine, seppur calde, all’interno erano quasi crude, quindi vi consiglierei di tenerle sulla piastra qualche secondo in più prima di servirle.2. La porta d’ingresso è molto fredda e non accogliente, sembra una porta antipanico di un laboratorio. Da fuori non trasmette la calda, accogliente ed elegante atmosfera che si respira all’interno.Spero di tornare il prima possibile!"

I frequent the bistro column from 94, when it was in the previous seat; Luca and Marilena have always had an extra march and put great passion in management. when the atmosphere becomes magical. great dishes and wines and staff. "Peccato una location così spettacolare venga rovinata da un servizio veramente imbarazzante e da un allestimento dei tavoli nella zona pizzeria davvero misero. I camerieri hanno sbagliato tutte le portate, ogni piatto che usciva dalla cucina non sapevoano dove andasse portato e vagavano smarriti per i tavoli. Ci hanno fatto accomodare in 4 in un tavolino da 2, ho chiesto di essere spostata in un tavolo da 4 e il cameriere ha fatto finta di niente dicendomi che 'i tavoli erano tutti prenotati '...peccato che anche noi avessimo prenotato!morale della favola, lho dovuto chiedere nuovamente ed essere anche insistente per poter ottenere un tavolo più grande ...e vedere con i miei occhi che non era tutto prenotato affatto, ma svariati tavoli da 4 e anche da 6sono rimasti vuoti tutta la sera. Quasi nessun cameriere è italiano, e questo non sarebbe assolutamente un problema, se non fosse che faticano a capire la lingua, cosa che un cameriere ci ha risposto alla nostra richiesta di portare della maionese. Ho ordinato il pollo fritto chiedendo se fosse compreso di contorno, il cameriere mi ha detto di no, allora ho ordinato una porzione di patatine fritte. Dopo quasi un 'oretta mi arriva il pollo con ovviamente già le patatine e in aggiunta la porzione da me ordinata...a quel punto inutilmente. Camerieri disorganizzati e soprattutto per nulla sorridenti. Ci ero sempre andata d 'inverno e mi ricordavo un posto da favola, ma sta sera mi hanno davvero fatto fare una figuraccia con le persone che avevo portato. Nella zona pizzeria tavolini brutti e traballanti con sedie da chiosco di piadina, bassissimo profilo. Delusissimi. Non c 'è confronto con la zona solo ristorante che invece si presenta meravigliosa."
