this is another review of Casa Bini..the daily specials are wonderful..they only use what is in the market that day..the pastas a the best...good wines..prices a little high but quality excellent.. I prefer to sit upstairs but my friends like downstairs..Your choice.

We came here for Italian food. The service was terrible. We waited so long for someone to come to take our order as we watched people at other tables come and go. My father's appetizer was inedible. We ordered things that never arrived. Lesson learned- when in France eat French! We will never return.

Casa Bini seems very popular and does have a nice vibe to it. We were well taken care of and our pastas were simple and delicious. Perhaps visiting a bit before peak hours helped, later it seemed like the restaurant was jammed and getting the check took some effort.We asked for ice tea for our young daughter. They did not have any... but apparently the owner went out to get some. Nice touch. Ver carta

J'aime vérifier que mes références restent à la hauteur et avec Casa Bini c'est le cas. Déjeuner délicieux, plutôt marin ( petite friture et lotte ) avec un soave de chez Pieropan. Service agréable avec un art parfait de la juste distance et notons le atmosphère unique où habitués et clients de passage sont également heureux. Une perle dans ce quartier où tant de restaurants sont des pièges à touristes !

Casa Bini is a fine Italian restaurant that keeps delivering superior fare at reasonable prices. The cold soup of the day of peas was a resounding success and so was the pasta. The fish course was very fresh but a tad bland. The chocolate tart is so rich that it felt a guilty pleasure even as we shared it. The only letdown was the wine by the glass. Both the white and the red were unremarkable. Maybe we weren't lucky. Service is swift and professional.

We visited Casa Bini last week and were extremely disappointed. We had met the owner in le Lavandou and mentioned this to our waiter thinking we'd get good service. The service was offhand! The pasta was undercooked (if at all!) - the people at the table next to us nodded in agreement when we complained about this. The table was grimy, the prix fixe menu was overpriced- all in all an unpleasant experience. We shall return to the Italian restaurant in the same area which we have frequented for years but shall not return to Casa Bini! Ver carta
