We came by the chance of a wonderbox.. And we spent a very pleasant weekend.. The warm welcome from the hotel and the restaurant team made this stay a very nice break... Well done everyone... Un merveilleux moment dans cet établissement niché dans un superne endroit de notre beau jura. Les plats et le service sont à la hauteur du cadre. Le menu Castel est superbement équilibré. La poularde prise par mon compagnon était d'un fondant exceptionnel. La carte des vins est superbe. Nous avons pris un St Véran qui a bien accompagné nos plats. Le seul regret est que nous aurions du réserver une nuit même si nous ne sommes qu'à quelques kilomètres.. nous aurions pu apprécier le parc au matin... une prochaine fois.
