Beautiful place with the most friendly staff, incredible helpful and caring. The breakfast was amazing. The room was great in all ways with a lovely view. Don’t want to leave.

We had a great reception for our wedding at the castle, the service was remarkable, the delicious menu and the admirable and loving server, listened, helpful and very pleasant, I recommend roman castel a 100%, hate said come back for another event or lunch.

a huge thank you to katia, chef of cuisine, as well as deputy head. We spent a very good stay in this beautiful castle. an excellent reception of katia , a superb restaurant cuisine , and a perfect service of the room manager. a few small details to go into this place will be a reference.

What a fantastic stay! It was a breath of air. We booked a room by chance on reservation. However, so close to the industrial area of brevity, we were concerned about the noise of the highway. friendly reception, period room with floral tapestries and basic but functional equipment. The bedding is superb and the restaurant is extraordinary for a more than affordable price for the delicateness of the kitchen. We'll be back with pleasure!

reception was very hot and classy. the frame is very friendly but unfortunately we cannot say the same thing on all servers. I finished my entrance two hours after I arrived at the table. Moreover, my relatives will leave with a memory in the form of a wine stain spilled by the server as well as a knife but nothing serious. another server is excellent and does not deserve to be concerned about this opinion. The kitchen is good and the rates are reasonable. I was just disappointed by such blatant mistakes in establishing this fame

Why does the sommelier not specify the wine chosen for the customers? It's up to them to ask for this precision! A lover before the entrance... yes but that really leaves to be desired. The children even had the impression of being in a picnic! by the way, amuse mouth that arrives at the same time as the wine... so you have to have the ears everywhere: description of what you will eat and description and tasting of the wine to see if it is right. The flavours of the dishes that are not sufficiently pronounced...
