I just got back from a three-night getaway in Portmeirion, and I'm already planning our next visit. Everything at the Castell exceeded our expectations, but it was the staff that truly set it apart. For the dinner, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 5 out of 5.

I had a truly delightful meal at this restaurant. The service was friendly and attentive, and I really appreciated the chauffeuring service provided. I highly recommend trying the mussels—they were delicious! The desserts were also fantastic. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 5 stars. For dinner, the price per person is around £40–50.

The reception on a winter with the blazing hot open wood fire is wonderful. The meal was very good with a great selection of food from the menu. All cooked and served well. This is a fine dining experience. Service was good, fast and friendly. There were vegetarian options on the menu. Access to the restaurant from outside is all level with no steps.
