"We travel to Niederbronn at least once a month. This is one of our FAVORITE places to have lunch or dinner. The food is gorgeous, the family is wonderful, the restaurant is always full of people and laughter and conversation (BOOK EARLY! I cannot recommend any one thing on the menu because I would truly recommend EVERYTHING ... you absolutely cannot go wrong ... we usually try to order two completely different meals so that we can swap halfway through and get to sample twice as much! Absolutely a must when you are in town!"

"first visit for a couple dinner in the week. very good reception. Zen decoration of good taste, without overload. the in-room service is smiling, listening and always eager to answer the best questions and expectations of customers. dishes are obviously revisited and adapted to Western taste, a large majority of European customers are not accustomed to Asian spices and condiments. totally open to world cuisines and curious to discover new flavours, we would of course have appreciated more typicity. However, the concessions necessary to adapt to Western culture are made with great intelligence and finesse. The products are fresh. the foods are cooked with precision and are served in a quantity that can satisfy the best appetites (we are in alsace soil, we should not be told). Only Chinese wines still have progress to make (and so much better for the france that does not have to fear immediate competition, as we will not seriously consider tea culture). excellent ratio of quality / price. in short, a good address we recommend and where we will gladly return."

"The service was top notch, the kitchen very good but big problem with the release of the meal dishes served 45 minutes after the order, some tables the dishes were cold. A table of eight next to us after 1 o'clock we served them 4 dishes first then they had ordered 4 rump steaks but out of stock we offered them sirloins after 20 minutes we told them that they didn't have any more after 1h30 they had poultry. Too bad for the room staff who blame the poor functioning of the kitchen. Small advice can be to reduce the number of reservations... on the other hand a table of two apparently known in 35 minutes starter, main course and dessert served in 30 minutes. Congratulations to the room staff for their kindness and diplomacy."

"Second visit in a few weeks. a little disappointed this time, the pizza dough was unpleasant because it contained as small grains of sand (on our pizzas) that were spitting under the teeth. No explanation from the chief, which it surprised. hoping it's an isolated incident because for the rest we appreciate this address. We're gonna ring."

"De passage ns ns sommes arrêter ds ce restaurant d'après les avis!!!!Nous avons commander 2 steaks de faux filets, un saignant et l'autre médiumEn recevant nos plats les steaks étaient 1 vraie semelle (rumsteak à la place du faux filet!)Ne pouvant le manger, ns avons demander de changer le plat, 2ème essai , la cuisson était idem!!!!après nos réclamations, le patron (cuisinier) est venu en colère à notre table et ns à demander de quitter la table et d'aller manger ailleurs, (a crié ds le restaurant devant tous les clients!) ce que ns avons refuser, même les frites n'était pas bonnes!!! molles!!De toute ma vie, et de tous les restaurants que j'ai fréquenté, je n'ai jamais vu un comportement pareil ou alors il était en manque d'alcool ?A éviter en prenant des Grands Détours car les avis ne sont pas JUSTES!!!"
