"The cream of the crop of an Eguisheim visit. The food we ate was absolutely amazing. All dishes were beautifully served and were so tasty! One of the best restaurants I ever been at. Not a lot of choices in the menu, but each one of them is a blast. The deserts were fabulous as well. I had two Pavlovas as the first one disappeared so quickly… The service was just great. Quick, professional and with a smile."

"Yes it was crowded and yes we were quite late but.....the staff gave the impresssion that they couldn't care less. This may have given me a worse impression of the food than was quite fair but the place generally had a very scrappy and lazy...air. My choucroute was OK but my partner's steak was tough and badly cooked. Wine was average (given that it's in a vineyard! . La Taverne Medievale is 10 minutes walk into the village and infinitely better. The hotel which is next door to Le Belle-Vue and managed by the same people is very good and suffers from none of the above issues."

"My wife had taken a Scampi Salad and me the menu Pinot Blanc . Everything was good and even the other hosts near me, thought the same. They helped with some porc deliciously cooked and with some pasta typical of Savoie. Their desserts are totally coherant with their food and must be tested. In all, good service, good gastronomy and good service One negative point, minor one, don 't expect to eat as if you were in the medieval time, neither for the service nor for the food."

"Restaurant avec une belle décoration et bien situé. Patronne très sympathique , rigolote et qui prend un peu de temps pour discuter avec les clients. Le baeckoffe est très bon Le service efficace par le serveur , mais je ne rajouterai rien le concernant . Pas très communicatif ! Ceci dit , je conseille ce restaurant"

"during our spring stay in alsace, we went to the restaurant la palette, in wettolsheim. I had been there several decades ago. at the time, he was named the Florent father. the spacious dining room was modernized while keeping some elements of the 1970s and others very old. It’s a little surprising! the masterpiece of this room, it is naturally the beautiful wooded ceiling that has been well preserved! some works of art exhibited here and there bring color touches. Hence the name of the establishment the palette! We were greeted in a sober way. throughout the meal, the service was attentive, but a distant strand. there was a moment of waiting between the dishes. On the side of the dishes, the menu offers several menus, including a vegetarian, it’s in the air of time! the map of the very interesting wines. We chose the menu of the month. First of all, a light-hearted amuse. First entrance, a fatty liver with spring vegetables, pickles. two small things however: the preparation was very cold and there was a little too much acidity! Second entry: a mid-cuit tuna escalope in the pak choi, a yuzu-based vinaigrette. The fish was too cooked, so a little dry. the main dish, a beef minced, small spring peas, beans, small carrots, curry-based sauce. The meat was tender. Very tasty sauce. dessert, a melting hazelnut, with a praline sauce. delicious. Finally, chocolate domes and two small verrines. a bottle of Alsatian white wine, organic, which was interesting. we appreciate the quality of Alsatian white wines! In summary, the chef offers quality cuisine, traditional, an inventive brin, with original associations. I quickly observed the mastered side of the event caterer! the value-price relationship is appreciable!"
