"If I could give less than one star I would give one less. It was March 29, 2024, 10, 16 degrees, when my friends and I sat down at the bar. When we sat down and ordered our drinks I asked for an ashtray and the waitress said “no”, subsequently my friend asked for a glass for his beer and she again said “no”. We only understood later when she said yes, I 'll bring them to you that she was being ironic and making fun of us. In our opinion this is not the way to treat a customer. The waitress found the situation funny and found it appropriate to mock us, I will never return to this bar again."
