our dinner in the chambao was excellent. we had a single portion paella divided by 2 and then ended with a few tapas - a very affordable opportunity to experience the great Spanish food they offer here. all the meal tasted great, as well as the local wine. we even got an amuse bouche in the form of well seasoned gazpacho. the service was friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a cozy ambiente.
