I called a couple of months ago to inquire about booking a table for my partners birthday. I was met with the rudest response from the man on the phone who told me they weren’t open on the date I asked about. I don’t mind being told that you’re not open on that date, I do mind being treated as if I am a stupid second hand citizen to you. Perfect way to scare customers off. So glad I didn’t have to go and experience the horrible staff in person. Ver carta
