We love the cosy ambiance at Charlottes. It's Good food, but small portions so don't go too hungry! This time there were some supply issues so there were no sides and the cheeseboard was very disappointing. But we do like the place and live locally so we will be back. Ver carta

It was a busy mothering Sunday and Charlotte's Place had clearly never seen this many customers at 5pm on a Sunday. They struggled a bit to cope and some of our dishes came out a bit cold but the food itself was delicious and the manager did an outstanding job to make us feel welcome and to look after us. A fantastic place to spend time and eat well.

I took my mum for Mothers Day and thoroughly enjoyed the food, ambience and the service was semi ok as we had a long wait for our courses and were not impressed when a table of 3 people who came in after us got their courses served before us that we actually considered leaving. I did not say anything as it was Mothers Day so did not want to spoil the mood or our lunch. Aside from that I would recommend this restaurant to my friends.

Very disappointed by the length of time waiting for food although we were offered a free glass of wine and free desert in compensation for the delays. This was so much in contrast with Charlotte's in Chiswick where I usually go. I had tried Ealing Common restaurant again after many years of avoidance because of failing standards only to find it was still no better! On the plus side our starters and roast beef mains were very good, as was the wine. Not worth the wait though! Ver carta
