"The table we sat at was nice but I had the air con blowing on my back I asked for it to be turned off twice the waitress said it had been but it did not stop I was cold , the food was not very good they got my order wrong and brought me a meat dish I am vegetarian, my husband's chicken was a very small portion, and I know I ordered the small fish but it was very small and the chips were not nice so overall not good"

"A lot of miscommunication with my booking was told id have to move rooms after one night when I rang in advance and was told everything was all set and ready for when i got there then got a room that I didn't want at all and didn't like when it was booked the next day so i said ill take the next best room but gave me the one i least wanted so im in the loft and its not what i expected compared to the other rooms as pictures described. Staff was lovley and atentive."

"We were so happy we booked this lovely tea shoppe for our afternoon tea. We were welcomed on arrival and shown to our table in a beautiful garden, with plenty of shady areas if you wish. The staff were friendly and efficient and brought us some lovely sandwiches and delicious scones and cake. With the lovely weather it was perfect and will definitely return."

"We went as a family on good Friday and the restaurant was deserted. This is our first visit to this restaurant and I am sure we will hit this restaurant again and again as the food was fab. I enjoyed the south indian cuisine lamb briyani and chicken curry which was customised to our taste. The hospitality was wonderful. There is a huge free car park attached to the restaurant. Only recommendation would be to increase the distance between the tables. We would visit again and get all our friends there."

"Although the waiter was very good , we were not impressed with the time there . We were using a virgin experience a three course meal and drink. I gave the voucher to the waiter as soon as he seated us, but the manager I believe was very sharp with me over using the voucher and the fact that he couldn't find it, and that I hadn't booked it correctly, well they had our booking so if something went wrong it wasn't what we had done. The waiter asked what we wanted to drink whilst the manager tried to sort out what menu we should have, we were given our drinks a lemonade and lime and a glass of wine. We eventually were given a menu and ordered our food which was all fine we ordered some bread as an extra. When we come to ask for the bill for which we should only have had to pay for the wine, lemonade and bread which came to £9.65 in total but were presented with a bill for £18.53 and was told this was the balance owing . After being made to feel the way we did I wasn't in the mood to argue , this should not happen I accept we needed to pay for our extra drinks etc but the voucher should have covered our meal, we weren't given the normal menu it was a set one so maybe someone could tell me why we had to pay the extra. I would not recommend to anyone"
