"Deplorable and disorganized service, during our visit we had to deal with 5 different waiters... None seemed concerned. After finally being able to order the dish of the day recommended by one of them and a cheese crust, which we were served lukewarm after asking where our dishes were, this after half an hour of waiting. .. Hefty bill 35 chf for a dish of the day, certainly good, but... When we make the remark we reply that it was not the dish of the day but the speciality of the day.... More deception... Cold food, catastrophic service, false and misleading advice, exorbitant prices... In the Portes area it is the worst establishment you can find. Never again!"

Ich habe Gaby absolut geliebt. Sie befinden sich in neuem Besitz und Sie haben eine fabelhafte Mischung aus französischen und schweizerischen Spezialitäten. Alles ist frisch und lecker. Käse wird von den Bauern in dem kleinen Restaurant unten serviert. Der Innenraum ist sehr groß. Wenn Sie Glück haben, holt Sie der Besitzer in seinem Schneemobil ab. Ich kann die Desserts nur empfehlen, der Besitzer ist ein ehemaliger französischer Pastetenkoch. Die Familienbesitzer sind einfach sehr nett.
