"I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. The customer service on Saturdays is terrible. While I was waiting for my food, I witnessed a young girl being mistreated by a staff member. The girl asked for a fork multiple times, and when she reached for one, the staff member grabbed her wrists and threatened her. He even threatened to steal her belongings. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and no one should be treated this way, especially by a staff member. I was also not happy about the £5 minimum card spend. Overall, I give this restaurant a 0/10 rating."

I went for takeout and ordered a kebab and a chicken box with chips. The food was very good and I will definitely return. I also asked for a side of salad and peppers, which was no problem. The salad was fresh and tasty.

my girlfriend graduated 5 years ago uni in southampton and would visit this place at drunk nights. we got the ferry to isle of wight recently, and they recommend we go here because the chicken battles are incredible and they had none since the graduation. I was worried she had sold it out, but it was really incredible. I recommend stopping here (you can park in aldi) and pick up a package when they are close. Ver carta

Although the chips were good, I was shocked by my experience at this restaurant over the weekend. Despite politely asking multiple times for something, a female customer was ignored and then grabbed by a male employee when she tried to reach for a fork. He shouted at her and threatened to break her hand, then threatened to rummage through her bag. I was confused by the employee's extreme reaction and found the service lacking overall. Chips were good, but the service was unacceptable. Score: 8/10 for the chips, but the service was severely lacking.
