Always great service and regular sanitising of tables/chairs. Always greeted with friendly smiley staff. You can’t beat a coffee at Coffee Cup! I went for a flat white with almond milk today yummy

Staff are always friendly to me and my baby boy. I come here 2 or 3 times a week. Since the refurbishment its cleaner, I just wish the tables had a bit more space as fitting a baby and stroller can be tough otherwise 5stars easy.

Rob is just fantastic always happy and very helpful, all of his staff are just great, the coffee and food is always excellent and Rob and his staff always make you feel very welcome, well worth going there, the prices are also good, they also offer loyalty cards and when you fill the card you get a free coffee bonus would definitely recommend going to Coffee Cup Portchester Ver carta

I came in for the first time today with the family and I can’t express enough how wonderful the service was. It was a very busy day but the staff were more than capable of managing. I was served by Kira, who was very kind and helpful, and the young girl working alongside her was also very lovely too. We all had cakes, as well as coffee and tea, and they were all delicious, and the service was very quick and efficient! I will definitely be coming back here again!

The staff this includes the manager Do what they need to do but I don’t find them welcoming it’s all very business but no chat they avoid chat with me which is not how to treat customers although nice coffee there is one staff who is very friendly and welcoming sadly not seen her for a long while she makes it a good experience she is the reason I return unfortunately the rest do not they should learn from the coffee cup in south sea who are exellent and very helpful

My friend and I both ordered a toasted teacake which was presented to us just like a warm bun with a tiny bit toasted. We then saw a gentleman pass us with a properly toasted teacake. We asked the staff if they would toast ours a bit more and we were told that it was just how they come out of the packet. She refused to take our teacakes away and toast them a bit more. She told us that was how they come. What a load of old tosh!!!!! The attitude of the staff was completely unacceptable with a feeling of her saying I can 't be bothered, take it or leave it .
