We were referred to this restaurant by an Italian colleague while on a business trip to Frankfurt, he described it as his favourite Italian restaurant outside of Italy. It didn't disappoint! The food was delicious, service wonderful and the atmosphere was great.

Romantic evening- asked for some bread, oil and balsamico. Clearly got the leftover bread from the previous table. Food was overly salty and the staff knew how bad the experience was didn’t even bother listening to the response to “and was it good” never...again.

away from the town center, but definitely worst the trip. family run restaurant, obviously well known as very busy. minimal menu but excellent. A MUST the pasta with truffles. the mixed fish platter was also excellent . fresh, tasty and flavorful. huge rib eye too.

We were invited by my cousin who lives nearby. This is her local hangout and she knows the owners, so we received royal service. On a weekday evening the place was packed with locals and everyone was very jovial and accommodating.Salads, pasta and fish were...all delicious: portions are very generous and arrived piping hot.

We found this Italian place in Sachsenhausen quite nice. The staff are kind and welcoming. What we had was good (Gorgonzola steak). Some nice aperitifs are served. Reasonable price; What I found expensive were the drinks, even the plain Lambrusco. Open on Sundays (useful in...this area, not that many places open around). Overall, good experience.

Kind staff, clean and well furnished restaurant. Menu is not very wide but what we had was tasty and Italian style. Pizza is usually topped with cheese rather than mozzarella: non Italian. But if you ask they do as real recipe dictates. Not tasty...schoko-soufflé... But at least served in a well arranged plate with vanilla stick, vanilla icecream and raspberry. Price is fair The Parmesan form used to flavor pasta is a well done thing.

Very recommendable Italian restaurant in Frankfurt Sachsenhausen. Located a bit off the beaten tourist path, but nevertheless easy to get to and absolutely worth the visit. High quality Italian food. For truffle lovers try the pasta dishes. Excellent pizza as well. Had the Caprese salad...as appetizer. Was a dream. Fish and meat all top quality (try the sole). Friendly waiters and the obligatory limoncello on the house after dessert. Not your cheapish Pizza restaurant, but fairly priced. Well worth it.

Every time I go to this restaurant, I am impressed. The service is amazing, the food second to none. The pizzas are as fresh as you can get and the toppings generous and high quality. My favourite is the pizza with sea food and salmon....I also had the lasagna and other pasta dishes and all of them were spot-on! The antipasti are excellent, but try not to get full on them before the main course arrives. As I said, the portions are generous. Recommend it for a romantic dinner (and the prices are quite low, too).

This is more of a neighborhood place away from the tourist parts of Frankfurt. For reference it is a few blocks passed the southern end of Schweitzer Platz. We've eaten here several times when we lived here years ago. This was a quick trip...to Frankfurt and we had to see if they still made their home made noodles with black truffle. Fortunately they do and it was on the lunch menu. They used to bring a big Parmesan wheel to the table and you could watch as they swirled the noodles through the cheese, but this time it came to the table already prepared. Lots of truffle shavings to go with the noodles. In the past I've had fish and other great meals here also. The place was packed with locals...
