"Me and a friend decided to have breakfast at 08:00 on a Sunday morning even though we weren't staying at the hotel. The fruits, vegetables as well as the bacon, sausages, omelets, etc were fresh and well prepared. The service was very attentive and knew when to take our empty plates away. I'll certainly have breakfast meetings here again. Note: they open the breakfast as early as 07:30 IIRC"

I have two times breakfast staying at the Lausanne Palace Spa hotel. The breakfast was excellent the service is good is not disappointing. The price for breakfast is 40 swiss franks.

This restaurant is at it's best in the summer, with a beautiful terrace. The food is exceptional, including the fantastic buffet. Careful and efficient service. Never been disappointed.
