One of the best meals I've had. Great ambiance, attentive staff. How do they do it at the price. A must for all who stay in Evreux. We will be back.

A great find thanks to trip advisor. A great place, stylish decor and really great food. If you are a veggie this is not for you, it's meat meat meat all the way.Great value and very good food. We went on a Wednesday evening and it was banged out.Go for it!!!

We went there on Saturday eve. It was absolutely crowded but a very friendly waitress found a table for us in the next 20 mn.Great choice of meals but unfortunately lot of them were already missing! Meat is really good justifying the notoriety of the restaurant. We had a good dinner but still not a gastronomic one.Anyway one of the best in town Ver carta

We went here on the strength of reviews and its location to our Ibis hotel. Although quite early it was busy and we were concerned there was no space but all was well. Superb starters, we both had different steak which we found a little chewy. Desserts wonderful. See pic of my Cafe Gormand and husband's Tiramisu. would certainly go again but would book to ensure we had a table.

Stayed in Evreux over the Bastile weekend. This restaurant is brilliant! Everyone was so busy but they still found time to try to understand our order despite us not speaking much french. We attempted to order drinks but were bought something different , there were no issues they changed them and bought us something else. Something they needn't have done. The quality of food is brilliant and couldnt fault anything about the place.Try it you wont be disappointed they are so helpful.Fixed price menu is fabulous quality Ver carta

We hadn't booked and walked in just after 9pm on a Tuesday evening half expecting to be told that they had taken last orders but no! We were warmly welcomed into a bustling, busy restaurant and shown through several rooms of diners to a comfortable conservatory area. Modern decoration, subtle lighting and lots more tables. The menu is plenty big enough with grilled meat and fish being the speciality of the house. Good prices with especially good value menus. Service was good and the food served attractively. I went to this place twice. The first time was with some work foreign colleagues a couple of weeks after the restaurant opened. This was during the week and I found the service very slow, although the food was nice. I even apologised to the people I was with, thinking that was due to "new opening". The second time was end of Sept with my family. I must admit that I was not extremely keen to go back to this place after my first experience but it seemed worth giving a second chance to this place. Had our 3rd meal here en route to the south of France. We try to make Evreux our stopover. Were recommended to this restaurant by the reception at Hotel Ibis probably 4 years ago now. Well this time had friends in convoy. Booked a table for 4 at only one hours notice, Tuesday night. Stupidly thought it would be quiet. OMG full to bursting. I reckoned about 100-120 diners. Obviously there must have been some large business conference or similar in Evreux. Groups of 20/10/6 etc. 19.90 Euro 3 course meal. Exquisite. All of us had different starters and mains.
