"The drive from Parma to Chianti without using the A1 Motorway takes you through some fantastic and changing countryside. But eventually hunger and much more likely the need for a Loo will force you to make a stop. This place would not be in your top 50 from its exterior, and the two young men in tracksuits don't encourage a feeling of quality either... Like always, need exceeded doubt.... And Thank Goodness! A charming welcome, A lovely menu, Very decent house wine and the ability to cook ... Specifically, there is a butcher somewhere who has an excellent relationship with this restaurant. Don't be fooled by the Tracksuits, these lads know exactly what they are doing and understand the principles of being a good host and delivering quality products. Before we left we were shown what I would have to describe as a Porterhouse Killer. This was the biggest slab of T Bone I have ever seen No kidding, it must have been nearly 2 and a half inches thick... and apparently they have one customer who eats this... all of it... But probably not or many more years... Excellent for a lunch stop Nice Loo's A Warm Welcome Good Food... Nice One Lads!"

from pako a certainty! exceptional meat to say little. we add artichokes with pecorino cheese, grilled porcini and porcini bruschettes and you did over the top.

recommended by friends, we did a few extra miles to land in this restaurant: great knowledge of the matter by the chef patron, excellent products, sin in an environment not up to. Good service and all the flavors of the dishes proposed; great experience of pako albeit young. in a more rustic and particular environment, the classic proposals would be the top but, at the same time, innovative of the kitchen. in the restaurant and pizzeria from pako you can enjoy unique dishes and genuine flavors. I personally made a sensory journey with various goits from the menu proposed with continuous surprises. daniele, the owner is an exquisite person with exceptional skills. the products it offers are of great quality, fruit of study and meticulous research. only with passion and constant dedication you can come to propose such amazing dishes. recommended experience.

summer dinner with friends in this very spartan and rough place as an environment (a canopy along the road that climbs to the futa) but with a wide and well illustrated meat catalog from the owner. So we chose two different steaks to appreciate the differences of breed and nutrition that reflect on the taste of meat. honest prices: two starters, three first, two cutters and two contours (including grilled porcini,) wine of the house and water, neither euro (we were in four, therefore little less than euro per head.) to recommend.
