Lovely hotel! The staff were so attentive and friendly. The food was lovely and the overall ambiance oozes elegance. They have a shuttle bus to the airport which was really useful. Breakfast was delicious. We only stayed 1 night but was a perfect end to our honeymoon. Would definitely stay again. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Lovely hotel. Good location nice little stroll down the road leads you to a little row of shops and cafes with a wonderful view of the forth bridges. Excellent hotel with fantastic staff and service , a wonderful restaurant and a sleek and moody decor , its ideal for exploring the Queensferry area or a 15min car ride takes you to the airport or the Ingliston P&R for onward trams to Edinburgh Walkability: 15min walk into Queensferry for all the lovely town centre offers and the views over the bridges Rooms: 5

Unfortunately we booked for two nights and they changed our room while we were out for the day. They didn 't tell us anything and downgrated for some reason that still is not clear to us. As a hotel manager I know this is not acceptable. Normally I only leave good reviews, but I cannot not share this. Really unprofessional if you ask me. The Dakota Hotel in Glasgow however is 5 star plus. I would be proud to be the hotel manager there. Rooms: 3

We stayed as part of a hotel block for a wedding. Price was reasonable but if you don’t do your due diligence, be noted it’s about a 45$ ride to Edinburgh if you want to visit each way. Also all shopping and restaurants in the area close by 8 9pm. The hotel greeted us warmly but overall we felt it was average in service and cleanliness. Trashcan was still full in our bathroom on check in. Reservations for our taxis departure shuttle were lost so we had to follow up on all trips to ensure our transportation was set. The rooms are dark and with poor lighting if you are a makeup getting ready girlie. I struggled with the lighting to get ready for the wedding. Also it’s warm. Air only circulates...
