"since our first visit on 15.2.17 all guests enjoyed well, another family celebration was carried out in the disappearance. the service was friendly, the appetizers (fish soljanka and shrimp skewer) were delicious. unfortunately the main course has not convinced all guests. the ofenkartoffel was no longer warm at the birthday child, the dish salmon with spinat was still okay, but nothing special: the salmon rather hard and dry, the spinat just tasted after spinat (I wished a little garlic) and the band noodles were served in an extra bowl on the dish and were okay, but also rather dry. for the price of over 14 euro we had hoped for more - were all eaters of this court agreed. the white wine chardonnay was not cold enough. we do not want to forget that much was delicious, for example the scholle with cornflakes pannade, the green cabbage tomato vegetables and the steak plate bothered. we will be happy to come back again to check if we just didn't catch the best day of the cook today."

"I stayed at the hotel in which this restaurant is situated, it is on the 5th floor, and I passed it a couple of times but it was always empty. One reason, I think, is that the menu is rather obscure, with slashes between the dish description as inscallop/saffron/guava/back puddingA little off- putting, I felt. However, as a lone diner, I was getting pretty fed up of waiting for bad food each evening, although in a beautiful setting, Dresden's main square and its surrounds. So on my last night I treated myself and got a table on the roof terrace. The waitress was very helpful and friendly, and produced a good selection of bread. It's clear there are 5 courses, an appetiser, a hot starter, a soup course, a main and dessert. I didn't want the soup. This wasn't a problem.To start, I had quail's egg/chick/gorgonzola/rocket, but it was so much more than that! It had a delicious fried bread cube, a gorgonzola sorbet, and crumbled herbs to garnish. It was, superb. But the description is selling itself short! The hot starter was also good, scallops in a saffron sauce, with a black pudding jelly. The "guava" ends up on the dish as a smear, nothing more. My main was beef/capers/sour cherries/ smoked aubergine, but again, more- a delicious sauce, and perfect mash- a small amount, but perfect....There are 3 dessert options, I enjoyed a nougat with gold leaf. In all, the food was beautifully presented, and the best food in Dresden so far, on a par, that is, with Kallemeiers where you have to book a table. This place deserves the same popularity but is selling itself short with the odd menu descriptions. It scares people off, like myself. I urge you to go and try for yourself. There's a great evening to be had, in a stunning setting."

"we tried the anton on our last weekend trip in dresden and found it super. a cozy pub with restaurant character;) cozy and chic at the same time. the anton is located near the stop bischofsweg (S-Bahn) and tannenstraße (tram.) absolutely recommended the carving Wiener art - very tasty. the protions are appropriately large and beautifully executed. price slightly superior class, but absolutely justified. drinks are not only alcohol-free but also beer and cocktails. So try out is worth"

"certainly one of the in- local in dresden and that completely too right! we were too gassed on the occasion of the cooking hours and tested the menu with wine tasting for 68,-€.The price-performance ratio for the offered meals, consistently prepared qualitatiw with high quality ingredients, is absolutely appropriate. The ambiente is very modern, stylish and pleasant. and with the open show kitchen a special flair is created. also the service is friendly and we didn’t have to wait long.We were served how to expect it in a star(!) restaurant.4Gang menuAmuse gueule appetizer: garnele | avocado| red beete | krenbetweengang: sellerie | vanille | trüffel main food: duroc | sweetkartoffel |gemüsebeet | barolo | There's nothing to complain about here. every single gang was a pleasure for the palate.Even the wee recommendation we found impeccable.Here everything is fun: the service, the food, the attention and the location.Factory: a respect to the kitchen and to the team, a super total package. we're coming back to everybody, keep going like this!"
