"Come in today to watch the football 14.01.23 and the bar maid was amazing. Absolutely first class and busy all afternoon with a huge smile of her face. Good job though as the bar man working with her kept disappearing and did nothing leaving her on her own to serve, collect glasses and change barrels. The pub lost at least four groups of customers due to the wait totally down to him disappearing and doing nothing! He ought to be ashamed as he is taking money for nothing and she ought to be paid more!"

Banging pub would recommend to everyone great staff and great atmosphere, dont serve food anymore but staff are very helpful with recommending local places and are accommodating with eating food in venue Ver carta

After a family member recommended the food, we decided to visit. The menu was pretty much basic pub fare. But the standard was above expectations a mixed table with burgers, juicy and full of flavour, good portions and fresh sides. Revommend it.

Very slow service after ordering two meals. The Mac cheese was fine but the beef wrap came out uneadible. Tough as anything. It was supposed to come with gravy.. looked as if there was a teaspoon smeared on the plate. When asked if food was ok I mentioned I couldn’t eat the beef. I got a sorry but no offer of a free drink, replacement meal or a dessert. Poor service so won’t be returning.
