Got takeaway on sat night what can l say say rubbish beef l rather eat spam what a waste of money to much money won't go again

Just had a take away and it was delicious, first started going to Eastern Bamboo almost 30 years ago and every single time the food as always been consistently good.

I can’t rate this restaurant highly enough. Been coming here for years and it still impresses. The food is excellent, they have continued to give their customers a fabulous experience and they are so friendly. Ver carta

Eastern Bamboo is a fantastic restaurant who has maintained their exceptional high standards during this difficult time. We ordered the banquet for two and the amount would easily have fed three. You definitely get value for money. Very happy customers.

Food at this restaurant never fails we had 6 course banquet meal for 2 which was crispy wan tung, soup, wo tip fish, spicy chicken dry fry, crispy fillet beef in a spicy sauce,yung chow fried rice followed by fruit and tea and coffee all washed down with 6 beers and bottle of prosecco costing £105 bargain highly recommend this restaurant

Another great meal for my parents anniversary. They have been coming here for over 30 years, since they were first ‘courting’. They usually go every year for their birthdays and anniversary. This year they’ve missed out going due to shielding but Sally, Raymond and Wendy have not let them down with a great takeaway and a lovely anniversary card. Many thanks Ver carta

A quite fantastic meal tonight, first rate service from very friendly and welcoming staff, some great menu options, cooked and presented to the highest standard, the restaurant itself was immaculate and you knew from the moment you walked in it was going to be a good evening, and we weren't disappointed, if you've never tried eating here before get a table booked, you'll not be disappointed.

Ordered a takeaway as Visiting Darlington...the food was cold,bland and the ribs were just bone! No meat at all,very dried up.The sauce was also cold.On ringing them up we were told there was nothing they could do as we didn't ring them straight back? All went in the bin!...not a way to handle a complaint when spending £30 on substandard food...thank you for your excellent customer service..not!!

A lucky find while on a mini break to the Darlington and Durham area. Did a google search for restaurants close to our hotel and picked Eastern Bamboo. The staff were lovely, all covid regulations were in situ. There was a great choice of dishes including plenty of vegetarian for my partner. Service was excellent and the food was delicious, the portions were a good size. Everything was on ground level which was good for me having limited mobility and I was able to park right outside. Don’t be put of by the surroundings as it was just outside the centre on the main road in amongst garages and closed shops. Ver carta
