"Friday Lunch between meetings..looked good from the window of grilled vegetables and platters. Once in it all fell down from there. Appauling service..four waiters all chatting..quiche was non plussed by salad was literally lettuce and tomatoes plonked on a plate then wine came after food...and the bread never came. I have walked past here many times and thought I would give it a try. Big mistake wish frnkly I had gone to Benugo next door. Or Gregg's quite frankly. S I wrote the waiters are still chatting and totally absorbed in their gossip.."

We had just arrived after traveling in from the US and checked into the flat we had rented nearby. Very warm welcome, Ansel quickly put together a cheese board and other nibbles that were perfect with our wine. Returned a few days later for a...proper meal, the pasta was great, the sea bass a little undercooked but it Was quickly taken care of.
