Lovely place, food amazing. And great to know it has a licence so could have a wine with my food. Staff great and friendly and owner a lovely chatty lady. Definately recommend to anyone wanting a warm lovely welcome.

I had lunch and a cake with a friend here and found the food nice and delicious. the lunch menu is limited (sandwiches and toasties,) but there is a large selection of cakes to choose so that they do not get hungry! serve personal where nice and friendly and the eating was good value for money. a

Wow!!! Spent a fantastic Sunday afternoon in Dencater fine wine, quality lager and shared a fantastic meat/cheese board. Exceptional service and a very warm welcome what could be better...... well when the bill came it was a very pleasant surprise!! Super value for money and a five star experience.

visited today and was impressed. it has incredible eating, excellent sandwiches and spectacular cakes. the coffee is also fantastic. service is fast and friendly. the quality of the place is reflected in the way they are busy. they should not wait too long for a table, although the service is very efficient. highly recommended.

We visited this afternoon as part of a trip with Reuben's retreat. The staff were lovely and friendly and made us feel special. The cakes were amazing! So delicious, it was hard to choose what to have. The hot chocolate was one of the best I've have. I would definitely recommend and we will be back. Thank you for a lovely experience.

This is the most friendliest and welcoming cafe in Glossop. Both the staff and food are first class. My family and I recently attended a Tapas evening there. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was buzzing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a good time was had by all. Owners Patrick and Lisa are superb. Thank you all of you for lifting our spirits.

we called late Saturday, almost closing time, after a place of wild swimming, but the personal was so inviting. we ordered apfel charlottes and carrot cake with coffee and hot chocolate. the sweet were divine. the coffee came with sweet little bottles of hot milk. the hot chocolate was not immediately, but from ground chocolate. the room was warm and cozy and stylish. it was also very good. I can't stop to inspire myself about the place to all my family and friends! fantastic.

I kept the 18th birthday party of my daughter here and it was wonderful. lisa, patrick and the bands were amazing and cared for everything perfectly. eating (tapas) the whole atmosphere and the way lisa and the girls treat all our guests and insert themselves, let us feel like family. nothing was too much annoyed and eating was amazing, I ordered extra sandwiches pizza etc. and everyone commented on how beautiful and delicious everything was. when they come to a celebration in glossop and see lisa, they will definitely have an amazing time.

Great little place, it's just so pretty. The bar staff are friendly and know their stuff and recommended a really beautiful pineapple gin and ginger beer combo that I talked about for months. The menu is expansive and thoughtfully laid out with plenty of choice and pretty good value. It's laid back, but beautifully appointed and cosy. Even on a cold winter night, the window seat under the tree was cosy and warm. It's really nice for Glossop to have somewhere like this. I so hope it gets the custom it deserves to stay a fixture on the high street. Can't wait to try some food there next time.
