"on the basis of the very good reviews I chose the delphi for a family celebration. the restaurant was very well visited and although the tables are close to each other, it was not unpleasant loud. I myself had a fish plate, everything from the frituse (maybe a tick too long), the fish was a bit too dry. as a supplement there were two split kartoffels, which for such a large fish plate is too narrow, so I had to reorder an additional supplement. the mixed salad was delicious. In my man, the judgment was similar: a meat plate with something to thread pommes, the meat was rather too dry and only with a tiny clecks tzatziki. very good supplement salad. Overall everything was quite enjoyable, but "it is still air up"."

we have been here several times in the last few months. we were all satisfied. the service is friendly and fast, eating is very good. the waiting time is very short, the kitchen is really fast. the ambiente is a bit dusty but beautiful. we'll be back.

were already very often in this very cozy local. the nice and friendly contact to the personal. have actually found my favourite dishes - recommended from my own the delicious gyros or also bifteki. who likes leber - here very tasty from the pan with a great sauce.

we have been eating here more often and you can say it is our "love smell" in aschaffenburg. there is a large selection of Greek dishes, the service is friendly and courteous, the local is simply nice. only drop of worms: it can be very loud.... so rather not suitable for a romantic dinner.

the delphi offers a large selection of Greek food and drink. the foods are adapted to the German taste but still delicious. and there are always plenty of zaziki in contrast to other Greeks in aschaffenburg. the facility is typical of Greek restaurants in Germany. the service is very friendly and fast.

eating was okay, but not world-wide. suflaki with delphisoße and pommes -> pommes were very soft, meat was in order. But what I noticed particularly negatiw is the televisions at the end of the restaurant. again and again the view of the other direction tw falls, which is very unpleasant in the conversation. is of course also due to how much one is fixed on something like this, but makes the visit a bit uncomfortable. TV while eating is not everyone's thing.

we have experienced the delphi as a family and from the menu it leaves no wish open. it was very well visited (we had reserved and that was also good so) and the service was fast and very friendly. eating leaves hardly wish open, typical Greek portions, more than enough. eating came hot and at the same time for everyone. the appetizers were all recommended, as well as the salads were very good. the grilled slabs were on the spot and not dried, as well as the gyros. not too oily and not too dry. delicious desserts and all at a fair price.

"The restaurant of the Landhotel Klingerhof two miles away, our base, was closed and the receptionist recommended the Old Church in nearby Haibach, a pretty village in the valley below. It was almost full, and that at 7pm on a Sunday evening - a good sign! The place looked quite authentic, an impression re-inforced by the realisation that many locals were eating there. A friendly young waitress brought us a quite extensive menu in German only and we opted for a carafe of what we were told was a dry white housewine at a moderate price whilst we perused it. Neither of us found the wine dry and it was exchanged for another one without fuss, this time dry. I opted for the onion soup. My wife wanted a small tuna salad as a starter and sensibly suggested we should order our main course later, having seen the size of portions on other tables. My steaming soup arrived first, served in a big bowl; just as well it was so hot that I had to wait because it took some time for her salad to arrive. A starter salad? It was enormous, very fresh and delicious!Outgoing diners had to pass our table and we noticed that nearly all had a ‘doggy bag’ – it seemed to be taken for granted that most would be defeated by the amount of food and cardboard boxes to take uneaten food home were provided as if it was a matter of course. Our first course would have been enough but I felt a bit guilty, ordered some more wine, then agreed with my wife that we would order a Wiener Schnitzel (her choice) to be shared between us. A large plate with two schnitzels, French fries and salad arrived. We just could not do the contents justice (the food tasted fine!) and managed to eat just about a quarter between us. I had to explain to the waitress that there was nothing wrong with the food – on the contrary – and she immediately asked if we wanted a box to take the rest with us, an offer we declined. For two sizable first courses, basket of bread, a gigantic main course and ¾ litres of a very acceptable house wine the bill came to 34 Euros!...This was quantity paired with quality at a give-away price!"
