"the bar cantona visited for the first time quite shortly after the opening and took for me that I did not have been here for the last time. The bar captivates with simple light-retro-alternative charm in wooden school style, wrapped in cozy damped light. When visiting all spontaneous I was always greeted nice and friendly. you can enjoy a coffee or with friends your couple of clichés or some selected gin tonic, and the best of it – you can also eat delicious food in between. In my first visit, including my better half, I could not escape the tempting dips from the card. the small card is multicultural and impresses with fair trips. the note in the map that only fresh and partly regional is used and the feeds are all made self-made, I have perceived with sympathetic and joyful. we ordered the homemade sweet potatoes fryed with coriander root aioli, as well as suberec, smoke-aubergines cream and Mediterranean sweet cream with bread. The cook itself brought the food out and quickly told what to eat. you noticed his passion for cooking, and so I find great. The self-baked, dark and still warm brot tasted good, not sour, had a soft crume with inensive, malty taste and baked cuts and a crusty, rustic crust. in combination with the smoke-aubergine paste, it was balancedly strong in taste, for the Mediterranean cream the brot was too dominant. there would have been a milder, bright bread. (one of them was given to us to try later in the evening). the creams were tasty and had a good resistance, not too pale, you still realized what was in it. the ordered thuberek were brought to us by the cook with the words, “Attention inside very hot, but so they taste best” to the table. We could strengthen his motivation by a compliment for the delicious creams directly and with the teig pockets he should also keep right, well smacked and fine minced meat filling. The rustic sweet potato frits were bombed, outside really crusty inside carrot. the aioli was top. Another time I took the aubergines in the tempura coat, this creation with wood-honey and sea salt could absolutely convince me. I have to pay tribute to the young chef here once again in special, I find the food very good, innovatiw and yet without much chichi. simply pointed and further so...The bar is a good and casual location that invites to stay, with service that is attentive. qualitatiw good ware both in the drinks and in the foods. my recommendation!"
