Die Metzgerei - Carta

Very good service. The salad was top but a little needy, as fruit and vegetables were quite mixed. Eat could be better. The dessert was the hammer. All right, it was top.

We visited whilst on holiday in Stuttgart and had the most amazing big breakfast' Staff were really friendly and helped me as I only speak a little German. Would definitely recommend!

I came here a few times to have drinks outside and therefore it wasn't really a place for me to get breakfast. I went with friends and it was really good and they had quite a selection. They did not have soy milk though Ver carta

Tastefully the food was really good. But the portions are not so large and also not cheap. The staff is friendly and the furnishings are very nice. I didn't like to see two others put on the table. Of course, distance could not be maintained.

We just live around the corner and just waited for such a bar&restaurant to open. What can I say everything is just perfect for us: great handmade food, nice selection of drinks, cool and fancy cocktails, cool staff and the right audience. We meet...here with friends very often. Sunday they have even a Sunday Roast (Sonntagsbraten) we just lost be this place

I tried this place for a Sunday brunch and I can state that it is definitely my favourite place. The offer is wide (both salty and sweet things) and prices are ok. Considering that the place is always full and that you cannot reserve a...table for less than people, you could have to wait a little bit but it is worth it both for the atmosphere and for the food! We were at Die Metzgerei for dinner last week early May whilst visiting family in Stuttgart. One can sit inside or outside which we did. The staff is very friendly, the food is very good, an eclectic selection from club sandwich with the most delicious...potato chips to raw salmon marinated in vodka, Nice beers too. It seemed like the locals go there, no tourist menu. Would recommend!

We went there with a friend from Stuttgart, who told us the story of the restaurant (a former butcher's). The decoration is simple but fashion, very trendy. I loved the book-shelves, the combination of the colours of the walls and the clean restrooms (with real...cotton towells). We ordered brunch and it was delicious. I had the Metzgerei breakfast which consisted of a freshly-made waffle, cheese-omelette with bacon, toasts, butter and strawberry home-made marmalade. I loved it!! Definitely going back when visiting Stuttgart next time.

If you are able to explore a bit and go to a less touristy side of town, I would recommend this place for brunch. We had the big Metzger brunch waffles, scrambled eggs with bacon, bread. We added croissants and chive-quark with vegetable...sticks on top, and that was enough for people. The scrambled eggs with avocado and feta cheese and bacon was really nice. The waffles were also good. The croissants were amazing and tasted like they were made in France. The raspberry jam that came with the set was great and tasted home-made. Coffee was so-so though.
